Michelle Lapitan fondly known as Mish is deeply committed to her work with Pilipino/Pilipino American communities. She has dedicated herself to supporting youth in school, housing, and mental health settings. Mish has had to make the difficult decision to take a break from her MSW program at UC Berkeley and delay graduation to undergo treatment for a rare form of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Mish has previously gone through chemotherapy, radiation, and a stem cell transplant in the past and had been in remission for the past 14 years, but unfortunately relapsed this past November. We’ve created these shirts to not only support Mish and her family in paying for treatment, scans, tests, healthcare consultations and transportation but to also spread awareness about Mish!
100% of the profits from this shirt will go to Mish’s Go Fund Me Page. Support even further and share her GoFundMe and her story!
The Mish character logo was created by Kampeon Company, which features a "BAPEish" character of Mish in her beanie, tattoos, and smile on the front and Ruby Ibarra's "The Other Side" lyrics "Is you down to ride?" on the back.
